Unnati Scholarship an Initiative by Rolls Royce Pvt. Ltd. For Women Engineering students. Rolls-Royce has a mission: To encourage women to study STEM subjects and to train them in the workplace, Rolls-Royce will financially support 150 female engineering students over the next three years.
The 150-female students who are enrolled in undergraduate engineering programmes at the 1st, 2nd and 3rd years of their degree programs can receive financial support through the ‘Unnati Scholarship Program’ with CAF India or Buddy4Study. These students will have the opportunity to mentor Rolls-Royce engineers and shadow women engineers. Rolls-Royce has a mission of encouraging women to study STEM subjects and will financially support 150 female engineering students over the next three years.

Eligibility
- Only for girls students
- The applicants must be enrolled in the 1st/2nd/3rd years of an Engineering degree program (in fields such as Aerospace, Marine Electronics, Computers, and others). Must be an AICTE-recognized institution.
- Candidates must have received at least 60% in their Class 10 or 12 board exams.
Selection Process
This scholarship program provides INR 35,000 to students who are selected to study in the second, third or fourth years of an engineering degree program. Selection criteria will include academic achievements, family income, academic background, and other factors. There are many stages to the selection process, including:
- Initial screening for scholarship applicants is based on academic merit as well as financial need.
- Interviews will be conducted over the telephone with candidates who have been selected for an interview.
- Final selection will require a face-to–face interview
